You arrived to your appt but did not detangle your hair. I cannot shampoo your hair if it's not detangled. This takes time and honestly I prefer you detangle THOROUGHLY prior to arrival. Feel free to ask for a detangle brush or comb or add this service
Cancellation Policy
DANIELLE'S LOVELY TOUCHES CANCELLATION POLICY You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows.
